Rhon brings proven success in building multiple profitable software and professional services firms, and over 20 years of sales, marketing, technology, and venture capital experience. Bringing extensive knowledge of the identity market, Rhon served most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer of Socure Inc. where he helped the company attain ‘unicorn’ status, growing annual recurring revenue to over $100 Million. Rhon served in identity management positions at Oracle, built the identity management team at Persistent as General Manager, created an API layer for the Oracle identity platform, and delivered a FIDO solution for the banking industry based on USAA’s patents. Rhon’s teams built additional identity products for Oracle, NokNok Labs, and IBM, and he lead the sale of an enterprise software company for approximately $100 million.
Ed Sellitto

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sellitto is a seasoned financial executive, with over 15 years of experience in revenue optimization roles supporting high-growth B2B, and SaaS organizations that needed to build and optimize their go-to-market operations. Ed has worked at Zero Hash, NYSE-listed Sprinklr, Socure, American Express and NewsCorp/Dow Jones. Ed earned his MBA in corporate finance and strategy from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Thomas Szoke

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Szoke has over 25 years of engineering, global sales, and operations management experience. He previously served as Chief Solutions Architect of authID. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of the Company, and Chief Operating Officer of Innovation In Motion Inc. Mr. Szoke is also the inventor of IIM Global Corps HDR Intelligent Accessory product lines, and held various sales and management positions with Motorola, Inc. for over 20 years.

International business advisor and counsel to diverse businesses and investors, focusing on technology, cyber-security and start-ups. Previously co-founded and served for 15 years as General Counsel, Director of Planet Payment, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ-PLPM).

Mr. Soto is a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience in product management within the fintech and identity industries. Previous roles include Chief Product Officer for BBVA's New Digital Businesses and Oxygen, a neobank, and four and a half years as VP of Product at Socure.

Mr. Kirst has over 20 years of technology leadership experience across life-critical and large-scale enterprise systems. Prior to authID, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Airbus and Motorola Solutions, serving as Director of Software Engineering.

Previous roles include Senior Director of Customer Success at Socure, Director, Security Practice at Persistent Systems, Master Principal Security Architect at Oracle, and sales, product management & engineering roles at Viziant, Kavado and Netegrity.
Gary Watson

Vice President of Customer Success

Mr. Watson has ten-plus years in Identity and Capital Markets. Besides his previous roles as Director and Technical Account Manager at top fraud prevention and onboarding companies (where he scaled one organization’s annual revenue from $25M to over $100M), he also worked in both the buying and selling sides at top tier banks. Prior to his corporate positions, he served in the Royal Signals, British Army for 14+ years.
